Irrigation Works + Outdoor Lighting Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Description

Our company, Irrigation Works, provides professional installation and repair services for irrigation and low voltage outdoor lighting systems.

  1. Private Underground Utility Lines

Irrigation Works is not responsible for any damage to private underground utility lines such as gas, water, or electrical during installation or repair work. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to locate and mark any such lines prior to our team’s arrival on the site.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Irrigation Works requires a minimum of 48-hour cancellation notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the homeowner’s credit card on file.

  1. Warranty

Our company offers a 3-year warranty on parts and labor installed by our professional team, if Irrigation Works maintains your irrigation or landscape lighting system during this warranty period.

  1. Liability

Irrigation Works will only bill the homeowner for damage sustained by other contractors. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to retrieve compensation from whoever caused damage to the lighting and/or irrigation system.

  1. Payment

All appointments must be booked and paid for prior to work being done. Any extra time and material for repairs will be billed to the homeowner’s credit card on file, up to $250.00, immediately following completion of the work. Any repair work exceeding $250.00 will be discussed with the homeowner, followed by an appropriate quote for the repairs.

  1. Site Preparation

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that the site is free from any obstacles that may hinder the installation or repair work. This includes removing any debris, plants, or other materials that may be in the way.

  1. Access to Property

The homeowner must provide our team with clear access to the site where the installation or repair work is to take place. This includes ensuring that gates, doors, and other access points are unlocked and that any pets or other animals are kept safely away from the work area.

  1. Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both the homeowner and Irrigation Works. Any additional work requested by the homeowner will be subject to an additional fee.

  1. Service Interruption

Irrigation Works will make every effort to minimize service interruption during installation or repair work. However, there may be instances where service interruption is unavoidable. In such cases, our team will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.

  1. Weather Conditions

Our team will work in all reasonable weather conditions, but we reserve the right to delay or reschedule work in the event of extreme weather conditions that pose a risk to the safety of our team or the quality of the work.

  1. Termination of Services

Irrigation Works reserves the right to terminate services to any homeowner for non-payment of fees, failure to comply with our terms and conditions, or for any other reason deemed necessary by our company.
