SERVICE OFFERINGS
Cancellation Policy: Irrigation Works requires a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the homeowner’s credit card on file.
Payment: All appointments must be booked and paid for prior to work being done. Any extra time and material for repairs will be billed to the homeowner’s credit card on file, up to $250.00, immediately following completion of the work. Any repair work exceeding $250.00 will be discussed with the homeowner, followed by an appropriate quote for the repairs.
Irrigation Turn On

If you have an irrigation system a proper turn on has to happen every spring. This service includes pressurizing your system, adjusting all system heads and making sure your controller is timed properly.

Winterization

If you have an irrigation system a proper winterization is necessary before freezing temperatures. This service includes pressurizing your system with air and removing all water.

Backflow Testing

This is a state required test that includes a gage reading to ensure your backflow meets all requirements by the state of Ohio.

A one hour service appointment can be scheduled for any of your irrigation, landscape lighting or drainage needs. We try to identify problems as quickly as possible, and we pride ourselves on providing a solution at the first appointment.
